Terms of Service

By accessing or purchasing from elsavo.com, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Payment — All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

Returns — You have 14 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer cash refunds for change of mind returns — an exchange or store credit will be offered instead. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable. All items are inspected and catalogued before dispatch. Intellectual Property — All content on this site — including images, text, and branding — is owned by Elsavo and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability — Elsavo is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
