"After 30 days from delivery, we are unable to offer cash refunds for change of mind returns. In these cases, we will offer an exchange for a new item or store credit to the value of your purchase.

If an item is faulty or an error was made on our part, we will always take full responsibility. All Elsavo items are inspected before dispatch, and a catalogue of images is maintained for each piece to confirm authenticity and condition. On return, items will be inspected against this record to assess the nature of any fault or damage.

Please note that your statutory rights regarding faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected."
