Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Elsavo purchase. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items and any items purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

To start a return, contact us at elsavosupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We don't cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order..
