Pre-Order Terms
These terms apply to ELSAVO products offered for pre-order.
1. Pre-order rule
When you place a pre-order, payment is taken at checkout. A pre-order reserves your product for production and does not mean the product is ready to dispatch immediately.
Production is arranged after the pre-order campaign and products are dispatched only after production, quality checks and delivery preparation are complete.
2. Pre-order cutoff and delivery
The pre-order cutoff date is 31 October 2026.
All pre-orders placed by the cutoff date are scheduled for delivery between 28 November 2026 and 5 December 2026.
This is the current ELSAVO delivery window for pre-orders placed during this launch period. If an unforeseen production or carrier delay affects an order, ELSAVO will provide an update and explain the available options.
3. Delivery
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched where the delivery service provides tracking.
Where ELSAVO offers DDP delivery, the stated DDP arrangement means applicable import duties and taxes are handled by ELSAVO rather than charged to the customer on delivery.
4. Cancellation and refunds
If you change your mind about a pre-order, contact ELSAVO as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, ELSAVO will process a cancellation and refund subject to your statutory rights.
For online purchases of goods, consumers generally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning when the goods come into their physical possession. Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
5. If ELSAVO cannot fulfil your order
If ELSAVO is unable to fulfil a paid pre-order, we will contact you and provide a refund where required. We will not knowingly retain payment for an order that we cannot fulfil.
6. Returns and faulty goods
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact ELSAVO so the matter can be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer law.
7. Sizing
Please check the available size information before ordering. Choosing the wrong size does not make a product faulty, but your statutory cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Order confirmation
Your order confirmation will record the products purchased, prices and delivery information applicable to your order.
