At Elsavo, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing — All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery — Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping — We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking — Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

Delays — We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
