Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders promptly. Any product-specific or pre-order delivery timeframe shown on the product page, at checkout or in the relevant pre-order information takes priority over the general timings below.
Delivery Times
- Standard UK Delivery: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express UK Delivery: typically 1–2 business days after dispatch, where available.
- International Delivery: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, where available.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays. We will not use an estimated delivery time to reduce or exclude any consumer rights that apply by law.
Pre-Orders
Where a product is offered as a pre-order, the applicable pre-order timeframe will be clearly stated before you place your order. Pre-order timeframes are separate from the carrier delivery times above.
Shipping Costs
Available delivery options and their charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Where delivery charges are payable by the customer, the applicable charge will be displayed before payment.
International Orders
We ship internationally where delivery is available. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and service selected.
Where ELSAVO uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for an order, ELSAVO arranges payment of applicable import duties and taxes included within the DDP service. Any delivery charge payable by the customer will be shown separately at checkout.
We will not describe an order as DDP unless the selected shipping service actually provides that arrangement.
Returns and Delivery Costs
If you exercise a statutory cancellation right, return arrangements and any applicable reimbursement of delivery charges are handled in accordance with the law and our Refund Policy. Where the law permits the customer to bear the direct cost of returning goods, this will be explained before purchase. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking details.
